If you wish to customize one of our upholstered pieces, we will gladly research up to four fabric and trim options for you.  We charge a fee of $150.00 per furniture piece for this in-house design service.  If you purchase the piece of furniture, your $150.00 is credited to your total amount due.  The fee is paid in advance of the service and is non-refundable if you do not purchase the piece of furniture or if you are unsatisfied with the selections.  Please note, a change in fabric and trim will affect the final price.
