Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. All Special Order upholstered items require a 30% non refundable deposit. In addition to the standard shipping charges, large and oversized items require an additional freight surcharge (fs) fee or, an oversize boxing (ob) fee. These fees, if applicable, appear in parenthesis after the item description. All items shipping via our selected freight carrier includes our White Glove Service. This service includes inside delivery, unpacking and removal of cartons and other packing materials. The delivery service will contact you to arrange day and time of delivery. Please provide your street address, area code and daytime phone number when placing your order. Also, inform your Customer Service Representative of any special delivery requirements. These charges apply only to shipments within the contiguous 48 United States.
