We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of eligible items or defective merchandise.
Free Shipping can not be applied to shipments going to Hawaii. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please call us at 413.355.0693 before returning any items as we need you to write down your Return Authorization Number to put on your packing slip. Then, on the back of the packing slip, please list the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please allow 10-15 days for processing after item is returned.
Please be aware that a pickup and/or restocking fee may apply.
Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
